Job Description: looking for an IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Updating trackers & MIS & preparing recruitment reports.

Basic Requirement:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
• Understanding of referral programs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Individual contributory role. The recruiters with IT hiring, IT Security hiring would be preferred.
• An expert into recruitment cycle, applying new ideas for hiring, headhunting, having excellent communication & interpersonal skills, have done certifications into HR & Recruitment area.
