Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the training team to plan, implement, and manage training programs.
- Participate in designing internal training calendar plans.
- Coordinate with Different departments to gather the inputs for upcoming training & trainer, content finalization.
- Coordinate with participants from beginning till end of training including day to day coordination, updates, changes.
- Participate in conducting evaluation & assistance to trainer in coordinating meetings.
- Coordinating with campus for student enrollment for training.
Skills Required:
- Good written communication & verbal communication.
- Good at planning & maintaining schedules.
- Result driven individual.
Eligibility:
Any Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
