Management Trainee – Training Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Working alongside the training team to plan, implement, and manage training programs.
  • Participate in designing internal training calendar plans.
  • Coordinate with Different departments to gather the inputs for upcoming training & trainer, content finalization.
  • Coordinate with participants from beginning till end of training including day to day coordination, updates, changes.
  • Participate in conducting evaluation & assistance to trainer in coordinating meetings.
  • Coordinating with campus for student enrollment for training.
Skills Required:
  • Good written communication & verbal communication.
  • Good at planning & maintaining schedules.
  • Result driven individual.
Eligibility:

Any Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
