Operations Head

• Individual will oversee and manage cyber security operations for specific geographical region.
• Strategic Planning: Develop & implement strategic plans for cyber security operations in alignment with overall organizations goal.
• Collaborate with other technical departments to integrate cyber security measures into business processes & projects.
• Monitoring team performances and Analysis process to bring effective changes.
• Maintain relations with clients & evaluate business opportunities from interactions and make recommendations.
• This role requires a combination of Technical skills expertise, leadership skills and deep understanding of cyber security business.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations and management roles.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Experience in managing Departments and mentoring a team of cybersecurity professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar certifications.
