Job Description:
  • Campaign Support:

    Work on marketing plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
    Work and assist in creating engaging content and visuals that resonate with target audiences.

  • Market Research:

    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
    Compile and analysed data to provide insights for decision-making.

  • Content Creation:

    Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines in all materials.

  • Digital Marketing:

    Contribute to social media management, content scheduling, and engagement activities. Support email marketing campaigns and assist with website updates.

  • Social Media Engagement:

    Choose social media platforms that align with your target audience and industry. Regularly post relevant and engaging content to build a loyal following. Interact with your audience through comments, likes, shares, and direct messages to foster a sense of community.

  • Website Optimization:

    Ensure your website is mobile-responsive for a seamless user experience on all devices. Improve website load times to reduce bounce rates and improve user retention. Implement clear calls-to-action (CTAs) and intuitive navigation to guide visitors toward desired actions, SEO etc. Optimize your website for local search by including location-based keywords and creating Google My Business listings.
    Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews on platforms like Google etc. Optimize your website's content, meta descriptions, and keywords to improve search engine rankings. Develop a comprehensive keyword strategy to ensure your website appears in relevant search results.

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain calendars and managing documentation.
