Job Description:

This role involves reaching out to college students and introducing them to our cybersecurity training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to college students and freshers.
• Introduce Spark Cybersecurity Training Program by Varutra.
• Explain course benefits, career opportunities, and learning outcomes.
• Identify interested candidates and generate quality leads.
• Maintain and update student database regularly.
• Follow up with interested students and assist in enrollment process.
• Coordinate with the training team for sessions and conversions.
• Maintain professional and engaging communication.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with students over calls.
• Basic understanding of sales / counseling is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools).
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
• Interest in cybersecurity or training domain is a bonus.
